RED ROSE POOL SERVICE INC RETURN POLICY
Effective August 2004 Customers may return any product* within 30 days of purchase to our retail store, along with their receipt for an even exchange or store credit. No cash refunds.

Any return without a receipt or after 30 days of purchase will be determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval.

*Exception: Chemicals may not be returned under any circumstance. Special order merchandise is non-returnable.
