Red Rose Pool Service opened its doors in September 2002 under the leadership of owners Deb Weaver and Brenda Miller. In a 600 sft carriage house and employing a staff of 10, we quickly grew out of space. Upon the increase of our customer base and inventory requirements, we were forced to move locations twice before settling in 2010 at our permanent facility at 1405 Vermont Avenue.

Deb Weaver

President and co-owner Deb Weaver has been in the swimming pool business for over 22 years, bringing her vast knowledge and experience to her employees and customers. Deb handles the financial, marketing and purchasing areas of the business. Her expert guidance of this company has enabled Red Rose Pool Service, Inc. to grow and prosper in the “customer’s choice” for commercial and residential pool service in Lancaster County.

Brenda Miller

Vice President and co-owner Brenda Miller takes the operational lead with our company. Brenda has over 10 years experience in the swimming pool industry and takes charge of our valued technicians, personnel operations, and expertly schedules all of the work to be completed for both pool service and the Holiday Lighting divisions of the company.

Deb Lockard

Deb has been our bookkeeper and retail store manager from the inception of Red Rose. Over the years she has gained the respect of her customer’s by providing them with answers to their questions on how to make their water sparkle. She knows her customers by name and will take whatever time is necessary to answer their questions and solve their issues.

LuAnn Royer

LuAnn joined our team in 2012 having more than 20 years of experience in customer service, route scheduling, AR and AP applications and other clerical and office related duties. Coming from primarily service-related businesses, joining our Red Rose Team seems to be a perfect fit for LuAnn. She's anxious to meet our loyal swimming pool customers! Welcome aboard LuAnn.

Rick Schaeffer

Rick heads up our Commercial Service Division. With over 15 years of swimming pool service experience, his knowledge of commercial automation and plumbing expertise lends itself as a perfect fit for our company. He is our chief lift operator in the Holiday Lighting Department and is often the lean-to guy on tough trouble shooting problems. When you meet Rick, he’ll be the one with the easy smile!

Bob Axe

Bob joined our team in the spring of 2006. He started out with us helping our crew leaders in the field, learning pool openings and closings. He’s learned how to troubleshoot service problems, completed caulk jobs and is a certified pesticide applicator. Bob has now become Red Rose’s lead pool cleaner. If you’ve had the pleasure of having him take care of your pool, it will be done as if it were his own!

Jim Beird

Jim came to us with 5 years experience working for a pool company in the Chadds Ford area, where he worked on both residential and commercial pools. Jim’s willingness to learn all that he can to continue his education and improve on his skills in our ever-changing rules and regulations of the swimming pool industry, makes him a true asset and perfect fit into our company.

Randy Boone

Randy joined the Red Rose Team last spring after relocating from the New Jersey area, where he worked 11 years in the swimming pool industry. While Randy is versatile in all aspects of the business, his strengths are vinyl liner reinstalls and maintenance and repair of all electrical functions. The more automation, the bigger his smile!
