Deb Weaver and Brenda Miller
Red Rose Pool Service, Inc. opened its doors in September, 2002 under
the leadership of Deb Weaver and Brenda Miller, owners. Since that
time, they have increased their customer base, added new services and products,
moved locations twice, and increased their staff in order to keep up with
growth and customer demand.
President and co-owner, Deb Weaver has been in the pool business for
over 20 years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Her expert guidance of this company has enabled Red Rose Pool Service,
Inc. to grow and prosper into the “customers’ choice” for pool service
in Lancaster County.
Vice President and co-owner Brenda Miller takes the operational lead
with our company. Brenda has vast experience both in the pool business
as well as business operations having held various positions with some
of Lancasters’ largest employers. Brenda oversees our technicians
who provide the excellent service to our valued customers.

Juanita “Weeta” Gwinn
Juanita “Weeta” Gwinn is our Customer Care Manager and Marketing Assistant.
“Weeta” has 25 years experience in customer service and management with
a bank call center background. She joined our team in 2004
and thoroughly enjoys both working with customers as well as assisting
management with the growth of this small business. |

Deb Lockard and Beth Ann Finneran
Deb Lockard has been with Red Rose since its inception in 2002 as our bookkeeper and retail store manager. She has over 5 years of store and sales experience in the swimming pool industry and is a favorite among our customers. Deb knows her customers by name and will take whatever time is necessary to answer their questions and solve their issues. She has recently taken on additional duties as salesperson; meeting with customers to discuss renovations and equipment upgrades..
Beth Ann Finneran is in her 2nd year with the Red Rose Team. She is responsible for water tests and analysis as well as up-keep of the retail store. Beth Ann is friendly and helpful to our valued customers and is always wearing a SMILE!

Technician Team
We are proud to introduce our "top-notch" technician team! This
team of technicians has over 70 years of combined pool service experience.
We feature both commercial and residential technicians as well as a
vinyl liner replacement specialist and a cleaning team that is second to
none! We are proud of our team and look forward to serving you!
Red Rose Pool Service, Inc. is a premier pool service provider in beautiful
Lancaster County, PA providing both residential and commercial
swimming pool service and renovations.
We maintain a retail store stocked full of
chemicals, equipment, and accessories and provide free water testing for
both pool and spa customers. Red Rose maintains an Online
Store for customer convenience.
